What's New? 6/26/02 - Well, theres only a few days left of O2K2. Its sad really. But in another way, its not. I have learned so much about myself, grown so much inside, and have become friends with probably the best singular group of people on this planet. So im not really sad, cuz i know this isnt going to end here. It has only begun, really. Well, I have added a few things to my page in the last few days. I have added a really special message to my staff on the "My Thoughts" page which i hope everyone likes. I have also updated the pictures section a little more and also a few other tidbits, like in the "Nutshell" section. I will have orientation pictures up on the site soon, and also will be addin more to the Band pictures section. Thanx again everyone on O2K2, and I cant wait to have my party in July hopefully so we can all be back together again. Peace, and love ya all! ~~KeV~~
6/21/02 - Whoa... oh my god! am i dreaming?? am i actually updating my webpage after more than a month!! Thats right, true believers.... im back! Its been a looooong and unbelievably awesome month of Orientation 2002...... I cant even put into words how fantastic it has been to be a part of staff and with all these gnarly people. Seriously, i love all you guys...... I dont know how we all connected so well at the start, but we did, and thats all that matters...... Well, since i will be writing a lot about orientation on my thoughts page, i figured id say what i have been workin on this whole month. First off is i revamped a lotta stuff on the webpage... id really appreciate some feedback on it and see what others think of it.. please email or IM me about it. I have added a photos page with a buncha stuff.. im still workin on it but it should be done by tomorrow.... its been a busy, but fuckin rad month. Added a new top ten finally, only O2K2 people will really understand it tho... thas ok.... a lotta stuff i have added have to do with O2K2 cuz that has been my life the past month... and i wish it was my life the whole summer... but sadly its gonna be over in a week... i will miss all you guys soooo much.... But i will be havin a party or two at my house during the summer (it helps a lot that im 21 now... woo hoo!!!) and u are all invited. Also, check out my "Nutshell" page for a list of things that has happened since this website started. Best memories of O2K2 so far have been Beff's house, the retreat and Joyce and i kicking ass in Chicken, Spoons, the Skits, Derek's party, Baby Shark.... everythin.. hangin in Shaunna and Lauras all the time....... Its too much to write right now..... I love it all..... Well im gonna get ready for processing, get dinner, and find somewhere to cash my check so i can go get some booze for Paulo's weekend bash tomorrow... Peace out, y'all..... O2K2... 5/13/02 - Whuddup? Fun week last week... hmm.. i think the first memorable thing was Rob got all his hair cut off... heh.. its too funny.. but he does look good with short hair. He told me that he would only lose 3 inches or so.. and in his game i made him lose 3 inches alone! Take that Velella! Then i went to go see Spiderman with Chip and Paulo, it kicked serious ass..... Next night was the big show at Fox Common... i got a break from takin pics and actually got to enjoy the music this time around... yay.... Went to drink at 309 after that.... fun times.... poor Blatt couldnt get to sleep tho... Friday was also fun.... Southfest baby!! Took mad pics, they came out great.. bought some CDs from Harris and Static Mind, had a grand ol time... Caroline and her friend Meg came up afterwards... saw a wierd set of plays with Crystal, Jay, and Chris in them... wow.. freaky... then went bowling.. i sucked .. ugg.. boy did i suck at bowling that night.... then went to 204 to drink a bit... fun night.... Also found out that Mikey Shaw will be livin with Griff and I!!!! SCORE!!!!! gonna kick ass next semester.... Got my pics back from the Semi.. they look good.... I advise you all to go to www.harriscore.com and download "Girl dont be so Shy", its so damn catchy its not funny.... Just a few lil updates here and there... and im off to Amherst to go see Incubus and Hoobastank with Jen and crew.... what a crappy day out... but its the last week of school, yo!! Peace all! 5/5/02- Happy Cinco De Mayo! its officially two years since the world was supposed to end.. and we are still here yay!!! First off.. i have a shorter web address now... its www.kevendust.cjb.net its been quite a while since ive had a spare second to write anything on here.. but there will be mucho stuff soon to come on my webpage i assure you... wait till the summer comes!
Well anyway i have had an eventful couple of weeks, some bad, mostly good though. The unplugged and uncooked show went great. It was so much fun. I had a feeling it would go bad cuz Will was sick, but it was ok... he still played and a lotta people showed up. The next night i got to meet Lewis Black, who was really funny in his act. It was quite cool. The next day Chip, Rob, and i all were in the dunk tank on the coldest day of the week when the wind was blowing like mad. It was so cold that i prob would have gotten hypothermia if i were out there for much longer. It was fun anyway tho, that night was fun as well.. played games and such. The weekend was not as eventful... as i did a lot of homework. Last week was pretty stressful, as i had a lot of work to do, but now it is over and i can just relax till the end of the semester, or at least till finals now. Been playin a lotta volleyball lately, that was fun. Guess it makes up for me slackin on the gym lately. haha.... Thursday night was the student activities banquet... and we won the award for best organization... GO ConnectoR!!!!!! And im also Photo Editor next semester... its gonna rock! And im psyched to be livin with Griff and hopefully Shaw as well... i cant wait!!!!! Friday night was the semi... which was a blast... Wow.. two nights in a row that i was all dressed up.. thats like.. unheard of... o well.. it was fun.... Had the greatest date.. she looked really nice.... and i danced the night away with all my friends..... had a blast.... I almost forgot how much i like dancin when i really get into it. Sat night was eventful.... stayed up till 5 or so.. and watched the sunrise with a buncha people... then Labbe and Ryan jumped in the Merrimack River... Ick!!! I just had the longest day at the Connector as well...... but it went well... the DisConnector came out really good. Well, this was quite a lengthy entry.. and im sure i have a lot to talk about... but im too tired right now from staying up all night last night.... so im updatin a buncha shit... I HAVE A NEW TOP TEN!!!! I also added a buncha stuff on random thoughts and random stuff... still dont have time to do the collages i wanna do for pics tho... they will be up soon... just need one weekend mornin to work on it... thats all.... ill do a lot more this week..... latas... 4/21/02 - Good Mornin yall! i woke up really early this mornin from a great weekend experience. Did orientation training.... i cant wait... its gonna be so much fun... lot of good people on orientation crew that i cant wait to get to know better! Went canoing yesterday with the group as a kind of teambuilding thing.... fun times..... Long week too, i have been slackin lately in the scholastics dept, but i been busy takin pictures and stuff for the connector and also tryin to set up this Acoustic show for my friends' bands.... but.. its happenin so im psyched! If ur around UML on wed the 24th, go to south campus at around 8:00 to see Seventh Ring, Static Mind, Harris, and Will Brierly play all acoustic for a few hours... its gonna be crazy! Other than that, life has been awesome... i meet more people by the day... things are goin great with friends and certain people... i couldnt be much happier... now i just need to find a job after Orientation..... hmm.... well... on the site... i updated some things... havent had too much time lately..... added some links... and a big pictures page is in the works... but i prob will do a lot of this during orientation.. cuz i prob will have more time..... 4/15/02 - Wow... go from one extreme to the next.. well... kinda... not really... Anyways.... I just had the best week possible... seriously. I am an orientation leader, and things seem to be going my way... i am so glad right now.... Well.. its been another week since i updated.... sorry for all of u who actually check my webpage.... Ive been busy havin too much fun.... Lets see... what did i do this week... Ice Skating went well.. Jen is good at it... Went to see Lord of the Rings again this week with Chip and Angelique and Jen and other people so Angelique could obsess over Legolas yet again... haha... I wrote another article for the connector, im gonna also be in the dunk tank at the carnival.. cant wait... better get a supersoaker ready tho.... 4/7/02 - Ok... update time again..... This was prob the most stressful week ive had this semester.... and it wasnt even because of too much homework or anythin.... I was just kinda down in the dumps about some stuff.... but... i think i feel a little better now.... I added some links... some friends' webpages... go check em out..... When i got a spare second im gonna put a lot more pics on here.... from 311, from Sevendust... more friends pics.. maybe some of my favorites from the shows i take pix for in fox common.... Well... Its baseball season... Go SOX!!! This week, despite being stressful, was a lot of fun... i got some things off my chest that had to be said to some people, and i went out a lot... spent too much money.. ugg... had my orientation interview that i think went really well... i will find out on wed or friday i think.... This weekend was fun as well.. saw Lord of the Rings again, had to listen to Angelique gawk over the blond elf kid in it... haha.... watched some movies and such... fun times..... Well.. i gotta go do hw..... and get ready for the connector production... tonight should be fun... i think im teachin Jen how to ice skate..... seeing as im such a good ice skater myself...... haha.. thats funny...... well.. 4/1/02 - April Fools all! Another long time since i did anythin on the page... i had a busy week last week.. and another one this week.. ugg... Now its time to pick classes.. i got a paper due.. o well.. what am i complainin about??? im doing great!!! I had a really fun weekend. I went to go see 311 and Hoobastank with a press pass so i was like a foot away from them.... I got the coolest pictures ever... if anyone wants any just tell me and ill send em to you.... I also wrote an article in the Connector about it.. Gee.. my first article in a newspaper... cool! It was such a fun time there... the best show ive probably seen 311 play.. and Hoobastank was cool too. Friday night i went out with Chip and Paulo and saw Blade 2.. it kicked serious ass!!!! GO see it!!! By popular demand i took the sound off my webpage....cuz nobody really liked the fact that they had to hear sound while they were listenin to mp3s already.. o well.. someday... 3/24/02 - Wow.. what a fun Spring Break! Hung out with all my friends at home... party at Steve O's, Griff's, etc.... Hung out with people from skool... Chris.. Angelique... Jen.... fun times.... Went to Montreal with Jay, Frado, and Chris.... fuckin awesome time.... wow... its been a while since i updated.. check my recent thoughts for my, well, thoughts on Canada.... i bought a Scooby Doo Steering Wheel cover... it rocks! i just got back to school... cant wait till Saturday... got Orientation Interview... and 311/Hoobastank concert that i might be backstage at!!! yay!! 3/10/02 - Its been a while.. so whats new? a lot... I am part of the connector staff now.. thats cool... and Rosalind asked me if i might possibly wanna be photo editor next year... that would be cool.... The show at fox on thursday was really good.... got a lotta good pics... as always... and i talked to Will Brierly who said he might have a job for me there next semester booking shows or something to do with Marketing..... my major... so that would be so rad... Got my car back finally.... things are looking up.. and its one week till Canada baby!!!!! GO SPRING BREAK!!!! 3/2/02 - Hello all... its too early for me to be up right now.. its saturday morning and i was up late last night.... went to a hockey game.. we won.... Go Riverhawks!!! Came back... watched a movie... hung with Chris and Jen... cool night... 2/27/02 - Well i think i am part of the Connector staff now.... well... part time for now.... Thats pretty cool.. every thursday i will be going to see free live music and takin pictures.. cant get much better than that... I added music and a special cursor to my page... ill prob mix it up with the music once and a while.. i tried to do different music every page... but that wasted too much of the free space that i get here at Tripod.com..... so ill just limit it to a few songs until i decided to get a domain name or not.... so check that shiznit out... 2/23/02 - Had two really cool days..... Thursday was the battle of the bands.... Seventh ring really shoulda won but oh well... they played two shows... we had fun... i took pix and video... it was all good..... Last night was a blast.... i was in a oversized hot tub in the freezing cold for 3 and a half hours over on North campus. It was a blast.... ok i gotta go do hw .... peace yall.... KeV
2/19/02 - Its been a while... well i just got home from a snowboarding trip yesterday... it was fun but i hurt myself a little bit. Nothing new.. just made a previous injury i got at a mosh pit worse... o well... thats life... Skool is goin good still.. i havin fun.. was up really late last night watchin The Emperors New Groove... i love that movie....
